Description

Heat shrink plastic wrappers for medium size chicken eggs - unknown provenance. They turned up in a "European Deli" in Tulsa: a place of strange and wonderful things. The scenes look Persian, possibly Indu, to me. What looks like a cross is actually the cross tree for the ship's sail. Simple paper rings form the bases. Any ideas as to provenance, or culture? Dick...I am sort of stuck but the guy on the top row on the extreme right looks like Vladimere the Impaler to me. LOL However, maybe these are scenes from that part of eastern Europe. One way or the other, these are a great idea...bet they'd sell like hotcakes in Walmart or some such place. Excellent, detailed pics on your part.
