Description

Starry, starry night. Flaming flowers that brightly blaze, Swirling clouds in violet haze, Reflect in Vincent's eyes of china blue. Colors changing hue, morning field of amber grain, Weathered faces lined in pain, Are soothed beneath the artist's loving hand. Lyrics: Don McLean Another example of a quilt barn, I hope you like this one, it is one I made a while ago when I was just learning photo shop and as you can see I was playing a bit but I sort of liked the results... I've been busy with a few things so I haven't posted as much as I like but hopefully soon I will have more time. We had some water damage so I have been dealing with all that, insurance adjusters, cleaning crews and all that fun stuff, and now I get to re do my bathroom, yippee.. and I had to have my computer serviced and reloaded and now I can not get photoshop 6 to load so I am frustrated with that, I could go out and buy the new version but I prefer the one I have. And my daughter is going to the senior prom Friday so well I probably don't have to say more there, lol other than the preparations we've had with that. Tomorrow I am taking her to have her nails done.. la de dah.. and she wanted to go to a tanning salon, she asked me if I was against those, lol she knows me well, and I said umm yes, I told her we have a beautiful large deck why not go out there and get a tan.. and she said well I doubt I could get a tan in a month.. by the way she is using her money that she earned playing in a concert for these extra items . I sprang for the dress and shoes though.. I will try to upload a photo of her and her date for you to all see. Have a great day! thumb_2041815.jpg

When I read the caption this was the song first came in to my mind. I love that song. A very sad song that expresses the pain the great artist of all times -Vincent Van Gogh has suffered. He is one of my favorite artist. He believed in himself against the all odds of the time. But I cannot forgive the tragedy in his life. Thank you for your great work.

Love that song and I like it when you go berserk in Photoshop. Did you know that the word "berserk" is an old norwegian word? When the vikings was on the war path, they ate poisenes mushroms and got "high" or berserk.
