Description

never gets old... seriously, I've seen the sun rise and the sun set many thousands of times, and every time, it's magic. And magic is a big part of life... I've seen photons, angrily bouncing off of steel and concrete towers in big cities.... Montreal, Vancouver, New York...broad blasts of colour arcing endlessly through the prairie sky...steel grey clouds diffusing the light, over the rolling green waves of the Atlantic East of St John's, and west of Tofino, painting designs on mountains....in the high Arctic, where a day is 6 months long, ice crystals refracting and reflecting, prizmatic, alive, solidifying the light into pillars of sensation... sundogs, false dawns, endless sunsets.... It just never gets old..... comments welcome, please enjoy!

Ain't that the truth! Sunsets (and sunrises) add a lot of spice and beauty to otherwise dull and ugly things. What sucks is this area I'm in is completely surrounded by houses and condo's that block most of it all.

I agree, we all have seen 1000's of sunrises/sunsets and personally I never seem to tire of them, they are just so wonderful...got 100's of pix to prove it...NEVER are two the same and that is what makes them so unique and precious. BB

This really IS cool ... a day without a sunrise is like a day without orange juice. Or so I've been told. Well done.
