Description

This is one of my favorite places to give my camera a workout. The fence is to keep people from falling in and predators out. Mostly Egrets, Herons, Wood Stocks, Ibis, Spoonbills and Ducks. How Wonderful! I'd want to be there all the time! Look at all the different poses! 'S' shaped neck, out stretched neck, no neck, no head and no neck, wings outstretched, wings outstretched and 'V' shaped. My external hard-drive would be working overtime. Beautiful place and image!

Stellar clarity and DOF in this capture of your favorite stomping grounds, Dana! You are so fortunate to have a spot like that to meander around and photograph! A far cry from my streets with their usual complement of crows, pigeons, and sparrows.

I can certainly see why it's a favorite place. Look at all the great posers just waiting for you to shoot their portrait. The three on the left all sitting in the row, I call these types the "board of directors". There is always a group like these, they appear above the fray. Aren't they fun to watch. Wonderful shot, full of life.
