Description
What looks like a pile of old rubbish is actually part of a dune stabilization program being implemented to stop further erosion by the wind and sea. Once covered, sand will be pumped in from offshore and native plants will be planted.

Well. what ever works to stop nature in its force. Would be nice to check back when a work is done and see the finish product. I have to admit the red realy pops out.

Along the river, they used old boxcars to shore up the bank--whatever works is fine with me!! I'll come back to this place when the sand's there and I CAN just sit and take in some rays!!
