Description
Little Bernie has had to pay a visit to Mike the vet. I have noticed he has been loosing weight but has been eating. Mike asked if he could keep him for the day to test his blood pressure as unlike us he carn't just have a something put on his little arm & pumped up :o) They have to take it from the vein? Thankfully his blood pressure is fine & he tested his blood, which is also ok. As he has a bad heart we think it is connected to that. He has some pills, thats a story in itself :o) Giving dogs pills no problem, cats AAGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHH. Did manage this mornings pill :o) Dreading tomorrow :o(
He has a sedate life so I hope he will be ok.

Oh hope he is all well again soon, cause he is such a sweetie...smile... Just a thought, sometimes weight loss in cats, which eat nevertheless is caused by a tapeworm, I hope the vet did look to that too...

Aw poor Bernie. Hope he's not too ill. We had to take Maya to the vet this morning, a few problems after her spaying op on Monday. Hopefully she'll be ok though.

He is cute as can be. Sorry to hear of the health issues. And I know to well of giving meds to cats. It is a major chore. Best to him!!

Lovely shot of the poor guy do hope all will be well with him.. Good luck with the pills, we had to get a special syringe thing that the pill fitted in the end and then put it in our cats mouth and it popped it down its throat.. fun fun fun yuck..

Awww, poor Bernie, a traumatic day for him, and it must be very tiring as well. Now he's home and cozy and comfy. Oh I hope that he will be okay. Did Mike the Vet suspect some kidney issues maybe? or is it the heart that causes the pressure to rise? or drop?
