Description

Hello all, Been awhile been working and trying to get all the digital content I'm collecting loaded and organized in my rumtime. The picture above is a statement about the digitizing of all the books that is going on. I love to have access to so many books at a my fingertips but I will still buy real books no matter how how high tech we get. this was a simple post work I did on a picture of some books I had laying in my bookcase with a few movies mixed in. The textures layered across made them look like two rows of DVD cases so thats all for now. BTW FOR THOSE INTERESTED! I just got a email from a certain website that gives a link for Poser 7 for $40.00 here is the link for those intersted. http://store.digitalriver.com/store/allume/pd/productID.185011400/OfferID.4361769009?resid=S7OF0goHAkAAAGlv9UcAAAAY&rests=1270056402305 I don't know how long this will last so act fast.

Nice work Chris! I agree that having a real book in my hands is by far a great way to spend a lazy day. besides, no batteries to worry about

I agree, I prefer the real thing, I want a book I can take in the bathtub and not worry about dropping it in the tub. lol The only book I tried on tape was Moby Dick because as much as I tried to read it, it was driving me crazy lol so it was actually nice to have it narrated to me, made it more enjoyable.

i still prefer the real thing too - it's solid, easy to handle and never ever crashes when the story starts to get exiting :)

Great to hear from you Chris and this was a fantastic idea to make a point. I too agree I'd rather have the real book to hold

Good point and I too agree. I find it much easier to learn from a printed reference rather than an e book.

Nothing better than laying back on the lounge of chilling in the breeze outside and reading a book. That freedom from the hum of tech is always refreshing... Excellent...
