That's all that's left of the barn. The dunes are gone, it's flat and empty. I was astonished when I walked there today. My eyes couldn't quite take it at first, I didn't realize what I was seeing.

Oh no, I knew one of our old friendly barns would be gone before long. But I am amazed that the dunes are gone!!! What power that stretch of ocean shows. Great up-date.

Quite an amazing contrast in these interesting shots, Marilyn. Do you mean to say that not only has the barn disappeared but also the grassy dunes? These pics must have been taken from two differnt POVs, because the photo on the left looks like the barn was on a grassy hill, whereas the one on the right is on the beach looking out toward the ocean.
