Description
I consider Oblivion to be a masterpiece of game design. Even years after its release I still find myself wowed by it when ever I load it up. So I decided to make a tribute render to the game. Victoria ended up being nothing more than disembodied arms for this scene, which is really creepy in any other view than this.

Apparently it's the shrine of the Lich Queen, heh, wrong game but I needed a menacing opponent. Thanks for the comments!
