Description
Photo of the sky in Lund, southern Sweden, today. Weird sky color is from low clouds with traces of ash from the eruption on Island. We had some sulphur dioxide odor in the air yesterday. And this despite the great distance from the eruption. The estimated daily pollution is over 3 times that of all of Europe's daily industrial output. Wonder when it will end.

Great capture and scary to smell sulphor that far away from the source. They have no idea if this last eruption was just an opening act of things to came.

Wow, very interesting. Haven't seen anything like this personally since Mt. St. Helens blew her top in 1980.

We are feeling the effects down here in SW UK too. Slight traces of ash but nothing too serious. I think this may go on for a while yet. Interesting to see that colour change in the sky.
