Metablob-ing all the way through here.
Always wanted to do something like this. It is maybe 75% there, with the foreground still missing and maybe also the background not 100% there. BG completely in VUE will be hard though.

Grand composition. I'm not sure I'd want anything in the foreground to detract from that wonderful grouping of rocks. And I love that you left the sky a pale haze. Just one tiny tweak I'd like to see- move the horizon a little so it doesn't coincide with the tall rock on the left, or make the rock a different height. That one little thing bothers me, lol.

fantastic foreground rocks! I did not notice that the background was a real photography until I read the text. You could use alpha mask for the forground, and then make a background in Vue and mix afterwards.
