Description
I took a shot of this girl in the open space in front of the Presidential castle in Mala Strana, Prague. She probably belonged to one of the swarms of students in a shool trip to one of the favourite European cities. After a day spent visiting she was waiting for her mates to tread their weary way out of the gate. She didn't choose to reach her herd as often young people do, however, but found an empty space among the crowds to enjoy a few minutes of peace alone.
Posting it after some days of delirium in the airports and train stations all over Northern Italy, it made me think of the unhappy throngs shown by the TV news, and all the people, tourists, busunesspeople and students stranded all over Europe because of what is THE CLOUD par excellence. I manipulated the shot a bit.
