My name is Tara, and I was born and raised in Washington State.
In 2010 I married Bill (bmac62) and retired ... two of the best choices I ever made! :)
In March, 2013, we sold our home in Washington and went on the road in our RV full time. What a blast! There is so much world out there to see!
After traveling around the West for a few years, we got rid of the motorhome and are now spending winters in deep-south Texas and summers in Washington State. Spring and fall finds us visiting whichever place strikes our fancy at the time!
If I’m missing from Renderosity from time to time, I’m busy having fun elsewhere.
Thanks for your interest in my work, and for stopping by to learn more about me!

Ah, now that you've set the scene for the Olympic Peninsula trip, we get to see the artsy bits and pieces:) I'm looking forward to seeing what you've got too. This old rowboat has seen better days but you've dived right in and found its' most interesting parts. Well done! :*

Everything about this is perfect! The colors, the textures, the little tiny doodles that look as if snails have eaten at the wood...they're very faint! I love the lines in this as well and the angles. This is nothing short of brilliant!

Weathered but still intact. Wonderful textures. It reminds me of a better preserved version of Carin's boat in Namibia.

This is great. I've just been to see the story of Shackleton at the Imax and this immediatly reminded me of the James Caird.

FABULOUS image!..it shot me straight back into my teens spent on or in the water. Every winter Sunday was spent preparing and then repainting the boats.
