Description
This was taken at the Lowery's Christmas Parade. It was raining and kind of cold. There are only horses, wagons, etc... no vehicles.
It's really cool to watch. Everyone was soaked including the horses but I wouldn't have missed it.
My hand at ps isn't the best, but had to rid some of the background.
