Description
Ultra Fractal 4.04 plus Painter.
This is an ancient picture produced in early 2007 which got rather forgotten at the time, but it seems to suit our present unruly world where crisis is the norm - so maybe the future knew it was ahead of time (isn't it always?).
Enjoy, or maybe go surfing - turbulence then becomes creatively exciting.
