Beautiful and particularly so for a history buff like me. Had to go and remind myself when the Iron Age was and found it varied by geographical area [and by different online sources too:)] Anyway, all that aside, love your photo of all those many pots...the shapes are quite consistent and the window reflections add depth to the whole presentation. Nicely done...thanks for the inspiration:)

I was eagerly clicking on the thumb, and only noticed my name on it as the image was opening. This is great! Just look at all those pots. The forms are some of my favorites. Maybe I was an iron age potter in another life ... :D I find these SO attractive! Don't let me in there with a camera, you'd never get me out. I'd be taking pictures of every little curve, every bit of light and shadow, every nuance of the patina, every handle ... you get the idea! Thank you for this. I love it!

I had a friend who did pots like this for a shop she had. Each one was unique and original and each one was a treasure. Much like your capture.

How did I miss this? Brain fart, I suppose! WOW! Iron Age pots! Kinda makes me think that there should be a Pottery Age somewhere in the annals of human history, since we made such exquisite pots way back when "fire" and "the wheel" were brand new inventions, or nearly invented! This is amazing! I'd love to see that collection for myself, and I'm sure that I'd find Tara in there somewhere...possibly hovering around the great big Queen pot, protected by her dedicated guardians.
