Description

I saw this little fellow at the side of my lawn. It was sat asleep, obviously well fed, as I got close he opened his eyes. I got a few snaps as he didn't move just had a look around for mum and dad. I was flat on my stomach and I don't think he noticed me until I made a click on my camera when he looked at me I fired a few off. I have a new challenge as I have some baby Song thrushes about today. They are a lot more mobil and active, so will probably out wit me.

Thankyou Kevin. He is so lovely:-) Song Thrushes; you are very very lucky. We only have one resident pair in our area. She is on the nest whilst he is high in the tree singing his heart out every morning. I'll never get a close up like this one.
