Description

Tried to recreate one of my (visually) favourite scenes from battlestar galactica. I don´t know if it´s ok with copyright-crap so I don´t post the original shot here. But you can view it on: http://pat.suwalski.net/film/bsg-locations/ (5th from top) Also thanks to this guys website I found more reference material! I also wanted to add two people in bsg-uniform but there weren´t many around... Modelled w/ Blender, rendered w/ luxrender 0.7rc1, post pro w/ gimp. I can post more info on creation process if someone´s interested in.

Thanks to all of you! @Bambam131: Yeah this was all created from scratch, didn't use "third party models" or alike. But I forget to mention, the tree on the left came in post-pro ;)

It's a bit eerie looking at this while also listening to the Battlestar Galactica soundtrack--a pure coincidence on my part, but wow, what an effect! You captured that washed out, vaguely amber light used to such great effect on the show, and the render itself is superb. So say we all!
