Description

It has been a very harsh few months, culminating with the loss of my Mitzi, but will power must count for something, 'cos here I be! Still standing! and... Here is Barnaby. He is almost three and has spent the greater part of his years in a rescue centre, and not a very good one, from all accounts. He has two modes of movement. Running lightening fast or flat out and snoring. I would also add this particular stance if far less rude than his normal sleeping position! ^=^ I didn't intend getting another fur-friend this soon, if ever, but he needed me and truth be told, I needed him, probably just as much. He has had no training to speak of, but he is very bright and is a really willing chap. His stomach is also the most important part of him so training is a lot easier than it might have been. ^=^ Thank you for taking the time to look.

Quite the accurate pic. I have a rescued German Shorthaired Pointer (named Jagermeister) with the same operating modes. He enjoys on his back, legs splayed in the air when he isn't trying to break teh sound barrier. They really do become our children, don't they?

He is an extrememly lucky boy to have found you! He is such a lot like my Ralph, and they both look like these African dogs that Clive (cfulton) told me about. Here is the link http://www.africanis.co.za/
