Description

Taken at the San Diego Wild Animal Park, April 29. I had an amazing time here. I have never seen so many butterflies! It was really something special to see. I was so busy taking photos I forgot to find out the names of the butterflies ;)... oh well, next year. I was challenged taking these shots, for sure. At first, I was a little disappointed at the quality of my photos, but the more I looked at them I found some worth sharing. (I think I need to invest in a monopod). I hope you enjoy this series. I think there will be quite a few photos :) My previous upload, "It's NOT a Banana". Thanks for your visit, comments and faves. I had my final follow-up doctor appointment this week.. He released me and said I healed very well. He told me I can exercise now ... LOL. I am feeling really good. It's amazing how fast the body heals! Have a wonderful weekend! See you next upload :) HUGS, ~Melinda~

I think this is a fine images - I also think the limitations of takeing a photo in a artifical inviroment make it difficult - Also your camera may have been set up a little slow - hence the motion blur - But there is so much more of interest here it is well worth viewing - Thankz for letting us view :)

We have an enclosed butterfly garden, at our zoo and I just love it.. always my favorite part of visiting there. And they are always a fun challenge to try to capture.. Nice work.

Lots going on in this fine foto, Melinda, but I do detect the butterfly as it tries to hide from your lens. Incidentally, how much is the admission to the San Diego Zoo? I bet it's a lot more expensive than the Los Angeles Zoo. Glad you're feeling better and more up to par. At my age healing takes forever and a day.
