Description

I tried to identify it, but I just became more confused.. lol. It's pretty, maybe of the Swallowtail (Papilionidae) variety or close? Once again, this was taken at the San Diego Wild Animal Park, during their butterfly adventure, which was there only 3 weeks. It is an annual event. It was pretty cool to see butterflies every where. Excellent focus, colors and tones in this portrait of the butterfly, Melinda. They really charge a high admission price to get onto the grounds. If I lived near the San Diego Zoo I would purchase a year-long pass and visit there all the time.
