I was listening to my radio station last night and the host was giving some tips for people who are going through hard times. found this on his site: Do at least ONE THING you can completely control. It’s normal to feel like a victim, but you can start to conquer those feelings by taking up a hobby or pursuing a goal that involves your effort alone. For example, Ryan had a client whose husband left her, so she dedicated herself to running a marathon. Having something to work toward – that was up to nobody else but her - helped her feel in control and focused Hope maybe that one tip helps some. Hugsss
