Shortly after takeoff from SFO---that's the Bay Bridge on top and the Golden Gate Bridge below.

I love how stark this is...minimal colors, but maximum detail. It's very eye-grabbing and very dynamic. The sunlight on the water is what does the whole "Stark" thing for me, and it's so perfectly-captured. Oh, and by the way, my favorite part of flying is when you first take off and the plane does that little bouncy dip before leveling off. I just love that!

I don't know why I never take pictures of Lake Washington and the floating bridges. I guess I'm just always gobsmacked by the view! This is great!
