Namibia 2010
My sister-in-law had a hard time rolling over and holding up this massive boulder so I could photograph the Bushmen paintings underneath! She did a great job though!! LOL...
This is at the Spitzkoppe and a fenced off area where ancient Bushmen art is visible! I did capture some of it but because it was in the shade and the artwork is very faded, it wasn't too successful! I will try and work some magic on CS4 to see what I can salvage!

WOW! What a fun shot! Judging by her expression and general stance, she isn't straining too hard, so she can probably push it over a few more meters before she breaks a sweat. This is hilarious. I don't think you need to do any photoshop work on this, I can see what looks like some kind of water buffalo sort of a creature drawn onto the rock. It's pretty clear too. This is a great shot, and it gave me a nice, prolonged smile. If I ever need something pushed out of the way, I'm gonna ask your sister-in-law.

Oooops, I think I moved. Can we try it again? Your sister-in-law, appearing so diminutive in relation to it all, looks she's creating a hole in the side of the massive rock, which resembles the planet Jupiter in color and patterns, Carin. That said, really a keen and highly imaginative capture!

I am an avid fan of petrographic art. We have lots of examples of native art but so much is hard to get to or protected from the public. Can't wait to see what you ended up with. BTW, stellar shot of the s-in-l.
