Description

I took a short break and tried to relax. There's something very refreshing about reducing the entire world to nothing more than the position and balance of a rock. And then another. The largest rock is slightly larger than a 2-liter bottle. The smallest rocks are about half-again larger than my fist. There's no glue or tricks, no photoshop tricks. It's all just gravity and friction. Thanks for taking a look!

Aw, come on..... You've got some kind of alien anti-gravity device parked in your garage, don't you? :-D I think I'm going to try this - if it ever dries out here for more than a day. Seems like I saw something like this near Eureka Springs, Arkansas. Apparently there was a tribe of native Americans that used stacked rocks as some kind of signal device.

I think you would be right at home in neolithic Britain! Look at all the fun you could have at Stonehenge. These are so cool,Mike.

...Inuit stone figures,no glue or Photo-Shop,they do have a meaning but I'm too lazy to look it up...or just one very bored person fascinated with gravity and friction,as you say..

It must take loads of patience to do this! I can see it as a form of meditation! The results are always fascinating and always fun to look at. This is really great stuff!
