Description
The sky has a bit of noise but I could not resist the patterns in the stone.
Taken with an old Nikon 2020 35mm camera.

Always good to see an old Nikon with film doing the job it was meant to do so well. Excellent:)

Stunning swirls and color! Such wonderful variations! I must admit the larger roughly spherical shaped one on the far left, made me think of a brain, but a very pretty brain. The swirls at its base are gorgeous. I love the deeper contrast in the part of them that is in the shadows! The two cone shaped ones remind me of the spinning Merry-Go-Round Mountains in Oz. This is a very magical place, not only in its beauty, but also in the geological time staring the visitor in the face. Beautiful color, definition and shapes! The formations in the foreground look wonderful against the darker, bluer formations in the background. Superb capture!
