Description

Yet another rock-stack from me! I actually did several of these running along the little flower garden by the corner of my new house, but I loved this closeup so much I just had to post it. The prominent scar across the rock on the top was caused by a plow blade before I rescued this from a farmer's field. That rock is about the size of a big circular loaf of bread, the middle rock is about the size of the palm of my hand. This angle makes it look more impressive because the rock is wide one way, but narrow the other so we're looking at the skinny side ;) I may post other pictures of the entire array if anybody is interested. I'm slowly getting my life settled down a bit more and hopefully will be able to take back up that story I left behind so long ago. Thanks for taking a look!

I guess this is what you would call 'transient art' - it's only there until a good windstorm comes along! I've got Friday off, so I might play with a few of my own rocks. We'll see what happens... This is pretty darn cool, though! You are the Jedi Master!

I will always be impressed by these...and yeah, you got the "good" side of that rock in the middle. I have yet to try this, but it's something I've been itching to do. You've also got me to thinking that Rock Art of this sort might be a Nemaean thing too!
