Description

While you all were very kind in your comments.. looking back at this, I was a bit embarrassed to have posted this when it was not really ready. A little under the weather today and sitting here listening to the news on the gulf spill.. especially seeing dolphins frantically trying to come to the surface and breath... well I just had to finish this. Water by friend Gill Brook Oil Platform by Eugenia and ivy by my buddy, Wabe Schwandorf Ivy for Vue 6 plants

Excellent Vue piece. One thing though, you won't find a rock down there unless you bring it in yourself. :)

I really like the composition and set up, but for my eye the lighting is a little bit flat. I think I would add some contrast.

Very nice work! An excellent atmosphere. The haze of pollution works to merge to two worlds of man's machines and nature in an unholy forced marriage, where none of us can win. A nice statement.

It's an impressive picture, no doubt. Very moody ... and makes me feel helpless and sad. Great work.

I best stay off the pollution 'thing.. Sorry.. If I get started I will fill a page and a half on how man ought to be just got rid of before we kill the planet.. Cos we will.. End of rant.. Your work is staggeringly beautiful and yet truly sad.. Really shows, we just down give a s***. Great art.. Rob

Glad you finished it, it looks great and it makes a very excellent statement (though sad) about the affairs in the gulf. Nicely done.
