Description
Jimmy is still working on the Patio floor. Not before Monday or Tuesday, the new floor will be placed, so we have to live with all this mess untill then. Sigh!
HAHA! and the children and gr.children are coming tomorrow. That will be fun. We just put on the table on the bare patio, when we will eat. Jimmy said it is ok to use the floor, but it isnt dry enough for placing the vinyl yet.
I cartainly would like a better weather than today. We have rain and it is cold. Would be nice to have warm sunny weather tomorrow, so we could sit outside. Oh well, I am just Babling.

This looks like a huge project and a delicate one. I'm about to start ripping out sections of carpet. I don't have any to replace it and can't get any yet, but I want to get the floors clean and sanded - the carpet is the original carpet put down when the house was built in 1960. I keep thinking we don't have carpet padding under the carpet...we probably have a half inch of compacted dirt left over from 50 years of living! LOL Great shots and I liked your old floor too BTW.

Great work on the captures and putting this together! Why is it every time someone cements or muds a floor, everything tries to walk on it a leave prints. ;D That is good weather for it to dry in, if it dries to fast it will most likely develop cracks.

Great way to portray the saga of a new patio floor. I see your dog is doing everything he can think of to help:) Have a good weekend. This weekend is big in the USA...it is Memorial Day...which means a three day weekend for those who work and those who go to school. Since I no longer do either, I am just going to enjoy it anyway:-)))

I am glad to see progress. I'm heading to bed after an odd day, but I wanted to comment on at least one post you've made recently. (I'll comment more tomorrow.) I love the photo-journalism approach here, with all of the wonderful details such as bee tracks, and Magnus' mark of ownership, perhaps he thought the unfinished floor should be a different color?
