Mentre, lungo il fosso, a Bozzano scattavo foto macro nell’erba un rumore nell’acqua mi avvisava che le folaghe stavano attraversando. Quindi inversione di mira e scattavo con l’obiettivo macro ( Tamron 90mm con duplicatore 1.4x )
While along the ditch, taking pictures in Bozzano macro water grass sound telling me that coots were crossing. Then reverse targeting and taken with the macro lens (Tamron 90mm with doubler 1.4x)
The coots are medium-sized water birds belonging to the rail family. They are the kind Fulica.
The greater variety of species found in South America and it is likely that this genus originated there.

This is wonderful! So much activity and beauty! Excellent detail and color of the wings and capture of the splashing! The amount of energy he is exerting and the noise he is making is obvious from the huge spray and the his running pose. Wonderful reflections and ripples! I love the reflections of the splashes! I like the spray on the left side of the image. It gives a feeling of the larger activity going on. Superb capture of this moment! The sound must have been great too!
