Mission Log, 25 Quatlue 18551. CO: Senior Sergeant Zherrinia Xernithyl. Recruiting completed. Ready for first assignment.

Several more days have passed. Group is anxious to get going. Talked with a dozen more prospects. None have what I wanted. Needed one more mage, someone with wider repertoire of spells who would not be in front lines. Not sure the shrimp will be useful if all he can do is charge magius stones and read runes. Also, was interested in Psionic, but none to be found. Colonel Drueskymil says they are all hidden. If is joke, am not understanding it. Today, finally found what I was looking for.

Have never had love of darthiir. But, have been on surface long time and do not particularly hate them either. Did not expect to ever have one in my unit, or to find her so attractive. Annelia Thane is Gray Elf. Surfacers call them Zeigus. This was old insult from Meldinosans. Not sure when that changed. She is inch shorter than me and somewhat thin, but very smart. Also, is mental mutant, having ability to use both magic and psionics. Better package than I could have ordered.
