Description
The floor is on. next step will be to get it all painted. Window frames and walls. We are tired of the dark wood colors. It will soon be kind of white or egg shell color.
We will also have the ceiling in the sittingroom painted and the Kitchen ceiling. None of us can do it. We both have weak arms and shoulders. So we got a lady recommended. She should be a good painter and not so expensive...

Weather is not so cold and with a thin layer of clouds, so the sun can shine through. No wind :).

Ah, yes...the finished floor. I too had a dark wood paneled room that was actually depressing...tore it all out and redid it with wall board and a light, soft, white paint job...so much better.

WOW! This is beautiful! This is the kind of space I can enjoy--with tea or with good coffee and excellent company! It looks so open and spacious! I like the colors quite a bit, but I know that with the eggshell paint, there will be a different kind of brightness that plays with the colors inside of the room and outside! This is super! Congratulations on your new floor; now all you need is for Magnus to walk around it, smelling each individual tile. This is marvelous!

Oh!! This is beautiful! I can see with the eggshell the support posts will just disappear, and it will feel like you're sitting outdoors. What a wonderful room! I'll be there shortly, and we can sit and have something nice to drink. :)
