Description

Well I received many kind comments on the first wild flowers - Thank you so much for that - Also because of your interest I took this opportunity to give you a similar scene but I treated it in a very different way - As with the first image the illusion was the first task at hand - and the interpretation is strictly in the eye of the beholder but its existence is easy to see - secondly the shadows that fell here is one major reason I chose this POV - which is slightly to the left of the first image - the tree line should be your reference for this - Now what I found interesting and what proved challenging in presenting this shot was shadows not shadow - here the light is cut and chopped very randomly into small area’s - some of the plants themselves are half light and half shadow - what this does is create a disharmonic pallet to work with - So what I decided to do in an effort to counter this was - first I tried very hard to not alter the lighting - all that would have done was fix one area and make one area worse - Rather I concentrated on tools that would enhance crispness and clarity in an effort to balance the shadows and light - for the most part it worked although I feel there are area’s I do not like - there are also some very amazing results in other area’s of the image - which I feel was the best I could hope for here - so it proved to be a very educational and challenging shot - My hope is this information and example my be of some help with those problem area’s uncontrolled light creates - Thank you for viewing - as always Take Care -
