I haven't been online in a long time (with the exception of a memorial for a passed friend), but I've seen the changes you've posted here, Emilio. And I'm always amazed at the variety you achieve with each image. This feels like a mix of oils, acrylics and collage (as if you actually pasted paper onto canvas.) It has the wonderful "dance" you create in your other collages, and this one feels like a view from inside a garden, or perhaps inside a cave. Your colors are wonderfully sunny and rich, in reds, yellows & browns; you have a wonderful 'opening' near the center, wonderful mysterious "universes" (like the area in the left-bottom corner), areas where it seems like you put heavy oil on top of a photograph, and your usual lines (here brown & faded, as if watercolor), small creatures, and images from nature. This is beautiful, very sunny, very 'airy' feeling, and another reason why you're one of our best. Sorry to be gone so long, but I've seen everything at one time or another, and your gallery is a celebration of life and testament to artistic mastery. Beautiful.
