Hello !
My name is Helle. I live in Denmark on the Island, Zealand. I have a husband and two sons and three grandchildren, so I am a happy person.
I like many kinds of art and I try to limit myself, but I dont succeed very well. I love my PSP9 and I think I use it every day. I like to draw, paint and experiment on canvas or paper and I wish I had time do it every day. My biggest wish is, that there would be 48 hours instead of the poor 24 a day. I just dont think it will ever happen ;)
A fantastic new world opened for me, when I was Introduced to Renderosity for the first time. I am very grateful to be a part if this site.

A wonderful tribute Helle. I now hear Mina is living...withdrawn though from Rendo for her own health reasons.

Oh my goodness what is going on as for a while I was so very sad about Mina's passing now Bill says she is alive! She has always been such a good friend to me and one of the kindest people I know, I loved her technique of art too, and this tribute is really befitting. I really hope that she is actually alive, but I do know she suffers with her heart troubles. hugs Jane xx

well friend, here I am online again, and how sad to come here for a memorial to the wonderful Mina. Your piece is like an early morning prayer, it's quiet, intimate, filled with personal reflection and a feeling of taking-in beauty before everyone awakes. And somehow it's very "Mina", because of the eternal-goddess-like woman, because of the lanterns and the feeling of intimate objects of one's morning, because of the rich hues that permeate it all,, and because of the light in center which is a beacon for her. And it's pure Helle---which you know she loved (remember how she always called you "dear Helle"?--because of the many layers of imagery, the subtlety with which you let each emerge, and your always masterful design sense, even the way you subtly make this into a series of rectangles which aren't very visible, but which are there as a backdrop, a support. And the text is about morning light & the gentle patina of a protecting mist, which is so right for Mina's art & spirit. A beautiful tribute, soft & inviting, and I know you remember her with real heart & soul. She was always so loving to you, as you were to her. A beautiful tribute in every way.

This is a gorgeous image, Helle, and a perfect tribute that captures Mina's vibrant art (and life) brilliantly. I love all of the textures and the sense of lively color. There's a pronounced sense of meditation also, which is so much like Mina. I first "met" her when I lived in Prague, and she always made things interesting when I lived in Dortmund: I loved Prague and still do; it was (and is) home, and Dortmund was okay, but I felt a bit starved and isolated there, but Mina always had something encouraging (or funny) to say. I love all of the work you put into this, and I'm glad that I saw it. I will comment on your more recent works a bit later, but I wanted to say at least something about this! It's marvelous! VERY touching and beautiful!
