Cool composition of the blooms, Melinda. I like the frilly edges on the petals. These day lilies are a deep lush red, in contrast to the variety around my area, which are either solid yellow or orange in color.

They're so much like velvet! Do they have an aroma? I know precious little about those colorful things that grow on the tops of plants! But I like them! These are gorgeous, especially the color and textures. Brilliant work, as always!
