Description

This was my first patio project--laid every one of those pavers myself--and did the glass wall as well. Those are tomato plants in along the right, though now they have been replaced by that palm tree I posted the other day. I also have a rattan couch covered in a plastic tarp there now--waiting to be refinished!! I still use it a lot, it's warm and sheltered from the wind. I think this will be he beginning of a tour of my garden and yard. Hope you like it!!

I think you're gonna get Renderosity Squatters in your garden: me foremost among them! I'll be the one looking for woodlice! I love the arrangement and your rather diagonal POV; it puts everything in its place but not in a rigid way, and that glass pane is a brilliant touch, a nice way to separate patio space from non-patio space without actually "breaking" space, if that makes sense. What I really like about this is the fact that margaritas would go so good in that spot! This is super stuff!

I sure remember when you started working on this. But I don't remember seeing a shot of it all done up with plants in place, etc. This is great! I know how good it feels to do it all with your own 2 hands and back. Nothing better. :-)

And in this corner, at 185 pounds, wearing the red trunks with the white stripe is....... This is your own private niche in your own Garden of Eden. Excellent shot, just flush with color and texture, Marilyn! Not an easy task, laying those pavers. If I tried that now, I wouldn't be able to get up.
