For some odd reason the True Hermaphrodites congregate. Perhaps they have some supernatural intuition that guides them to one another. For whatever reason, where you find one, sooner or later, you’ll find another. So, not long after Luvanna Harden showed up at Night Tracks, another True Herm joined their ranks.

Randi Fields wasn’t exactly a dancer, though s/he could and did dance. S/he could also sing a bit. Her/m real profession though was as a first class prostitute, working the Majistrum and the rich businessmen of the northeast bank. S/he’d grown up as an orphan on the streets in Goblinvale after the war, then spent some time in Shallymyra learning secrets of the arcane and the talents of the Erotics. S/he went west and traveled the coast for a time before coming inland to New Calladon and the promise of wealth and adventure that the nearby ruins of Old Calladon offered. And though s/he tried her/m hand in petty thievery and became well known to the Setting Sail Syndicate, her/m trade was always sex.

When s/he came to Night Tracks, s/he found another of her/m kind, though Luvanna had a dark side and was far too serious and bossy for her/m tastes. S/he soon found all the other girls to be delightful distractions and their common tastes and profession made her/m feel at home, something s/he’d never felt before. To hide from the law, which was all too often after her/m for one thing or another, and to remain anonymous and aloof, s/he developed her skills in disguise. Using her/m True Hermaphrodite shapeshifting powers, s/he disappeared, becoming someone different every night, sometimes several someones.

Randi - “When you’ve never had a real home, never known true love, and rarely had a friend that hung around for more than a heist or two, it’s easy to become a loner.
