I took this yesterday, sitting on a well placed and most welcome wooden seat from the top (almost) of the Luxulyan Valley - though 'valley' hardly seems an appropriate description, considering just how high up I had climbed! Just to the rear of where I am seated is another steep incline into meadows which reach up further still! To the front, and over to the far right is Par Beach, just about visible, and the wonderful Atlantic....and even more wonderful Lion Mane jellies! Methinks I shall stay in the woods! ^=^ I only ever visit the beaches here out of season (or if it rains!) but I am actually tempted to visit the beach later (minus Barney obviously), but with camera and waders in tow! I've never seen a Lion Mane jelly up close but I just don't know whether I am brave enough! Hmmm... Thank you for taking the time to look. ^=^
