Sorry about the title! Do have a close look this is extraordinary. It seems someone put there spare change in the cracks of this tree stump and tapped them in with a stone. Then lots who followed did the same.This is on the path around Tarn Howse, howse bizarre.

This is an amazing find and who was wealthy enough to use up their coins like this. Makes for a great look though and I guess this stump is worth heaps. Well spotted.
