What a lovely shot! I love the greenery around the base of the bloom; it has a kind of nice 3D effect that's totally natural. That means you've picked a great POV. You always do great things with your use of light, especially with natural subjects and this is a great example of what you do...everything's nicely focused and the lighting is crisp but softly defined, if that makes sense. That always works so well, especially with floral photography. Nice details too! I really like the little dots on the petals.
