Description

The front entrance to the Seattle Asian Art Museum in Volunteer Park. This beautiful building sits at one of the highest elevations in Seattle, right on the top of Capitol Hill.

Oh, this is exquisite...and well...you've got my mind going off in all sorts of directions with this single shot. Do you realize how incredibly easy it is for me to imagine Dorianna walking through those doors and getting into a situation? Well...knowing Dorianna, if there's a situation she's probably somewhere near the middle of it with Ilya and Aleo tagging along, just to keep things from blowing up. I love it when a photograph inspires stuff like that, and like Marilyn, you have this way of capturing stuff that lends itself so easily to some other world. I love the whole composition of this shot, and the nicely brilliant light! This is marvelous!
