Description

This is a collaboration with my dearest friend Michael, our seventh, I believe, and I certainly hope you all enjoy them as much as we do working on them together. Thank you Michael for wanting to continue to post our work together, I am flattered by your interest. And as you know I love and admire your work. I sure hope you will all go over to Michaels gallery and read the poem he wrote to go with my photo here and also visit some of his other previous post... It's not a far walk just right next door... :) Oh and Michael it has been so much fun watching the World Cup games together I was so disappointed to see Germany lose, but they played some good and exciting games.. still want to watch the finals together? Thank you all for the birthday wishes and comments to my last post. I got a sweet compliment from my daughter the day of my birthday, she was gone at her sisters so she called to wish me a happy birthday and I said gosh I am getting old, and she replied to me, with age come beauty, she is just 17, and so wise LOL, I miss her so much she will be home Saturday morning yippee oh and with a new puppy named Lola.. I've been singing that song called Lola to the cat for two weeks now trying to prepare her haha.. Michael's gallery To read Michael's poem click here thumb_2081434.jpg

Old places like this always draw my attention and I love looking at them and wondering at their stories and what lives took place within those walls. How amazing! Great textures and a wonderful mood. Collaborations are fun, especially when they're easy-going and also turn out such wonderful results! This is a great piece of work!

I love these places, they breath history and personal life. What kind of people lived here, and why are they gone? Were they happy or sorrow? Did they have children who played and laughed here? What kind of meals did they cooked on this old stove? Outstanding quality and postwork! Thanks for sharing!

A very haunting image. Seeing these forgotten homes fade away is so sad. Soon there won't be any of them left standing. Outstanding photo!
