Description

I decided to calm down the strata displacements on this one to give it a more “natural” look, moved the moon further out so it wasn’t so imposing, adjusted the surface colors a bit, and threw in a small lake. Bob suggested I do a tutorial on how to make this terrain, but it’s so complex that even I’d get lost in trying to explain. It is truly a monster of a set-up. Instead I have made available on my homepage here - www.renderosity.com/mod/rrfilelock/ - a .tgc clip which is for the terrain and textures only. Everything else will be up to the user’s devises. Again, I take little credit for invention because I only connected the parts and made the adjustments. Almost all else I have borrowed from Planetside’s File Sharing Forum.

Now this has evolved beautifully Rich. Your work continues to invoke inspirations and enthusiasm ...keep on. A note; double clicking on your .tgc file opens it up. Right clicking does not give an option to send file to ones specific folder. I would suggest you post your file at the Planetside File sharing section.
