Description

I ask no forgiveness for posting this rather fuzzy (that's the way he wanted it!), bit of over indulgence. This is one of only three things I ever did totally and completely right in all the years I have spent on this particular planet. 'Tis my son! Yay! He is (no exageration here), one of the nicest, kindest, considerate and caring chaps it has ever been my pleasure to know! And I did it!! Well - partly anyway. ^=^ He is also very smart and to cap it all, extremely funny. He makes me laugh every day, and we spend many hours together in deep and meaningful conversation. Oh alright then. I talk rubbish, and he talks deep and meaningful! Regardless. He is a lovely chap and he has been lighting up my world every day for almost 25 years! Thank you for taking the time to look. ^=^

He also looks handsome, intelligent and sensible..what a wonderful person to have in your family! Tell him I was incredibly impressed by the piece of work of his you sent me, and that he is another reason to wish I lived closer..I could do with some meaningful conversation occasionally! A super portrait..I like the whole ambience.

Oh yes - how I agree with you in every aspect! First of all - he is a very handsome young man and this image is stunning! I love the soft, dreamy touch! I have 3 sons myself, 30, 26, 23 and they are the lights of my life!!! I cannot even begin imagining life without them! I share you sentiments!!

I see all of those things you mention in your portrait. I think the slight softness is perfect for her personality. Outstanding work, and an outstanding son.

Wow! He's the spitting image of an old friend of mine! If he plays guitar you need to fess up to where you hid the cloning lab!

The photo well fits the age and topic...you can be very pleased. I would believe he is pleased with his mother, also.

What a wonderful portrait! I like the fuzzed postwork; it adds a bit of atmospherics that work well with his poise and expression--in a way, it kinda gives him a warrior's bearing, like one of those poet-warriors I'm always so fascinated to read (and write) about. The color tones are perfect here; nicely muted, understated, and to a degree, indistinct...well...more toward the background anyway, the foreground colors (as I see them, at least) have nice richness and subtlety, and well...what's not to like about a great photo of a regal and handsome human being! I'm sure he's proud of you too! This is a great and loving dedication! Really well done and quite sensitive.
