Description

Where I work, people donate their Clothing and other things that they no longer need. We have people who go through all the donations and sort out the good from the not-so-good. the good stuff goes out to the floor, after it is priced and we sell it. the monies go into our fund to buy food that we give out in food boxes for people who need them. While my main job is cleaning and maintenance, I am asked by the ladies to determine what some objects are and tell them whether or not it sould be sold or junked and I explain why. this ball and spinning light stand came through and I made my determination and then decided that I could use this. I bought it and brought it home and set it to spinning, then turned out the light. thought that it looked great then set my camera up on a tripod and adjusted the shutter speed to over 2 seconds and tripped the shutter. this is the result I hope that everyone has a great weekend Thanks for all the comments and faves Mike

Very neat photo, Mike! It's true - one man's junk is another man's treasure. I think you and I are a lot alike LOL! My basement is a testament to my affinity for junk AKA treasure! Looks like you scored a really cool specimen!

very nice deed and render. this reminds me :way back, utes son beeing a generous people,he worked in emergency and fire department as volunteer, and through one of this contacts they started to collect clothing for i dont remember if it was for Romania or Albania aid or even Tschernobyl, anyway he told me that there are people who cut out the zippers of trousers and the buttons and then they give the clothes to be colected.assholish if you ask me. when i have a suprplu i always put it neatly in a back washed and clean put it next to the junkbin clearly vivible and some of the people "who do the junkbins" around here collect it and can use it. i would never give anything to anyone wich is not functional.
