Description
Shopping carts captured 7/14/10, early in the morning, at my local WalMart parking lot.
Check it out full size for better detail.
Of course, during the foto shoot I was questioned by parking lot security as to why I was taking pictures of their carts. I told them that I was a trick photographer, which really puzzled their uncreative minds. But what I really meant is that I'm actually a ninja photographer. Then again, I could have said I'm from Renderosity, but that would have opened a whole can of worms. Anyway, to avoid this inquisition from spiraling out of control, they let me go my merry way, freeing me to go out and do more sneaky stuff somewhere else.
Sayonara, thankx for coming by, and for any and all complimentary comments and faves.

Excellent! I know one or two jokes about these but not suitable for this site!

With such beautiful lines as these, how could they ask? And what nefarious motive could they have been thinking of as a sinister reason for your interest? They appear to have a very active imagination for such uncreative minds. Or more likely they have just coded in their minds, "photography = dastardly plots of destruction". But shopping carts...Really? Excellent capture! Wonderful lines, wheels and blue!

Somebody's drivin' their hot red vette to the local Wal Mart eah? Like your line of carts Harry! The little buggies they hook up to these to steer them back inside looks interesting to drive...

Rainastorm: The only buggy on this parking lot that I've seen steer these carts back into the store is some poor guy with two arms and two legs just huffing and puffing.

They have a few of those cart buggies here to help ferry the carts back inside. Taking pics at Wal-mart is certainly not appreciated, I guess people who use their cell phone cameras have the best luck. I appreciate your shot, Harry. All those carts and I always end up with the one with a bad wheel!

Maybe they thought you were going to steal their cart design and open a competing megastore in the vicinity? Who knows what strange ideas lurk in the minds of WalMart security? Well seen and excellently captured!

I am wondering who calls them carts and who calls them buggies, growing up in California they were always called shopping carts, when I moved to Tennessee and heard them referred to as buggies I had to laugh to me a buggy is something you push a baby in. Great photo my friend.
