Description

This is just a few metres from the tiny car park in Luxulyan woods. The car park itself is actually well into the woodland, so peace reigns supreme. Apart from the roar of the main river, birdsong and the wonderful rustle of leaves, one could imagine being all alone. That is, until some squirrel with attitude decides you are trespassing and throws something at you! This act is always accompanied by screeches which could make a wrestlers eyes bleed! How such a small animal can make such a noise, is beyond me! Thank you for taking the time to look. ^=^ As an aside, I took some images last week of the new European fighter jet flying over the clay mines. Every so often they practice there, and I actually love planes. Two or three of the images are quite strange, so if anyone out there reading this knows anything about planes....or anything else 'up there' - do mail me. There are large images, so posting them here is not an option. Thanks -Carpathia ^=^

Squirrels also have the habit of getting into your backpack at night while you are sleeping, and explode forth at dawn when you are looking for breakfast. The ensuing cardio crisis allows the little buggers ample time to escape with your food. I don't know a whole lot about planes or jets, but you may have seen the joint strike fighter?

What a magical place! I actually got a hairful of fleas once from a squirrel in my garden scratching itself directly overhead! Luckily I have very short hair.
