Isn't it funny how individual frames, taken on the same day, can tell an entirely different story. The small picture that appears in "For my daughter Erin Happy Birthday" (which is a pose I would like to see in larger resolution) the atmosphere appears, calm and reflective. Yet put in the context of there being a dog in the scene (as observed above) it shows that calmness is subjective and may actually be very far from the mood of the event! The pink of her shorts is a colour I usually baulk at, being too intensely bright and garish for my eyes. It is interesting therefore to me how the green of the grass, combined with the golden sunlight highlights, embraces the otherwise intense and overpowering colour.
