I promised Harry (goodoleboy) I would shine up this old truck for him... well I tried.. hope you like it Harry.
I hope everyone is having a nice weekend. I got some bad news about one of my cousins today, he had been out to Yosemite with his wife during the 4th of July weekend, and I guess the area was having a very bad problem with mosquitoes that week, well he was actually trying to help some kids in the water that were being swarmed by them when he got stung himself hundreds of times, he went to a doctor and was treated, but now he is back in the hospital in a tremendous amount of pain from the bites and infections and it is pretty serious. So Brad my thoughts are with you and Nadine and your family tonight.
I wish everyone a great week ahead. And I will say that browsing around the gallery today I was so impressed by the beautiful artwork and also to see a few old friends and members back... good to see. Have a great night.

Love all the color tones on the tractor A grat patina there.......I am afraid the poor old boy is gonna stay in that position a long time LOL..... Also sorry to hear about your cousin.....he was so very sweet and brave to do that...then get the worst end of it all.......will definitely keep him in my thoughts and with your family two.... Dann'y new temp position job was done.....so he is back to collecting unemployment again....... But then got a call from my cousin who wants him back at the sawmill I told him to stay put this time LOL.......I have been at a battle of wills with my balance..get up get real dizzy then afraid to walk...a phobia I know..or think so anyway......I got my dads oak cane back out and it helps steady me.........Just too much going on for me...and this hot weather isn't helping much at all....... 34 yrs ago at this time I was in miserable pain....Labor Pains...Dr told me not to push...and I didn't wanted to turn over he said I coudln't do that LOL but finally had a precious looking little boy at 4:49pm....I was tickled pink... and now that hot again here........seems life just goes in a circle sometimes...and sometimes we got to step out of bounds.... Oh one other thing..Have you ever done any work with Lulu.com? I might want to go there to get some things published but know zilch about it........ If you do let me know Lovu this sis You take care too Hugs Susan~

I have one word for your cousin Brad - Garlic! The mossies hate it and they gnerally leave you alone. You can buy garlic pills to keep them away. Did you know that only the females bite (surprise!). The males are partial to flower nectar. Great old truck, full of character. Sad to think it will never run again.
